We strive to use local, seasonal produce from local suppliers.
With our meat sourced from Pomfret’s Butchers in Heathfield and our sausages from Culvergrove farm in Cross in Hand.
Our fish supplier is based in Newhaven and we use Flint Owl Bakery for our bread.
We have our own allotment, orchard, herb garden and greenhouse which provides us with lots of seasonal goodies.
Our eggs come from our own chickens and from Black Meadow Farm.
